CARES is empowering the next generation of local community members to deliver life-changing mental health care and support to the people they already know.
At CARES, we believe the best care comes from within the community itself. That’s why we actively train and mentor local individuals to become Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) and Direct Service (DS) workers. Through hands-on training, ongoing support, and real career growth, our team members not only build meaningful careers… but they become a vital source of strength and stability for their neighbors in need.
