Considering therapy?
Everyone does better with some support

CARES clinical providers include licensed psychologists, social workers, mental health counselors, doctoral and master’s level students in training. Each provider brings their own unique experiences and utilizes evidence-based approaches. Each treatment plan is tailored to the individual client and created collaboratively.

In a world currently where many feel isolated, we work to connect with each client on a very human level and to bring hope back into your life. Our clinicians come from a wide variety of cultural and religious backgrounds and speak Mandarin, Cantonese, English, Spanish, Hebrew and Yiddish.

We treat depression, anxiety, adjustment disorders, life stress, stress due to medical conditions, anxiety due to COVID-19, trauma, school and work stress, and family issues. We provide individual and group therapy, couples therapy and parent training. We support many immigrants, clients from many ethnic backgrounds, the LGBTQIA+ community, and address challenges each experience in the world today. Multicultural competency is essential and considered throughout our treatment.

Catch Them Before They Fall.

Clinical Evaluations

Your first steps to receiving services. With the right support, you can thrive. Our trained clinical evaluators help identify your strengths and challenges to plan effective treatment.

Therapy Services

Therapy can help you deal with the sometimes challenging, unpredictable reality. Learn to work through your emotions and gain the tools you need to remain healthy and in control.

Individual, family, and group sessions can be provided at our site-based Clinics or Children and Family Treatment and Support Services (CFTSS) at your home, school, or in the community.

Psychiatric Consultation and Medication Management

Psychiatric consultation is available for children and adults to diagnose mental health conditions and arrange treatment options.

Where medication is warranted, medication management services are available. Our Board-Certified Psychiatrist is experienced in issues of mental health and developmental disabilities for children and adults.

Group counsling

THIS GROUP HELPS ME DEARLY WITH HANDlING MY CHILD' S BEHAVIORS. I FEEL LIKE I WAS GIVEN THE TOOLS TO MANAGE CHALLENGING BEHAVIORS WHILE REGULATING MY OWN BEHAVIORS. IT IS ALSO NICE TO HAVE SUPPORT FROM OTHER parents WHO ARE FACING THE SAME DIFFICULTIES. I FEEL VERY LUCKY TO BE A PART OF THIS CAREGIVER SKILLS GROUP!
