To assist children and adults with intellectual/developmental disabilities (ID/DD) and/or mental health conditions and their families, in particular, from underserved multilingual communities, access information, obtain resources and services;
- To develop initiatives and implement programs to improve outcomes and enhance independence and wellbeing for children and adults served across the lifespan;
- To support families to maintain their child at home and in their community;
- To conduct research and evaluation using data driven results to inform effective intervention practices;
- To train community members, students and professionals to effectively support children and adults with ID/DD including autism, emotional issues, and/or behavioral health challenges in their diverse communities.
